Rosemarie, Esther, and Lety

Rosemarie Laffler
By supporting and working closely with Esther Percal, Rosemarie is able to bring the most valuable experience and knowledge in the high-end residential real estate market and the most recent developments. Having lived in New York for many years and now a true South Florida resident Rosemarie has been given the exposure needed to work with all types of clients. Her expertise allows her to assist clients in the best way so that their real estate experiences will be as smooth as possible and handled in a most professional manner. Her goal is to always look after her client's best interest. Her advanced knowledge of the computer world gives her the edge over all. Rosemarie holds a Real Estate License in both Florida and New York. She is a member of the Realtor Association of Greater Miami and the Beaches and the National Association of Realtors. If language is a problem, do not worry; Rosemarie speaks fluent English, Italian and Spanish.

Leticia Rios
Growing up in Miami has been an exciting venture for Lety. She worked for many years as a Paralegal, honing her skills as a researcher, office manager, and communicator, to become an enthusiastic leader. People are her specialty. She enjoys talking with clients to help make the process of purchasing or selling their home a stress-free experience. Lety has worked along side Esther for several years, gaining valuable trust and experience in the South Florida real estate market. Lety is fluent in both English and Spanish. She is a licensed Realtor in Florida and a member of the Realtor Association of Greater Miami and the Beaches and the National Association of Realtors.
